Engine After (coming Soon, as soon as I clean it again! ; ) )

'70 FJ-40 Jan 1970 Production Date (Original color nebula green)

When I bought the vehicle the engine needed some repair (though I didn't know it yet)  I ended up replacing EVERTHING in the engine compartment except the heater blower.  Everything was replaced with Toyota OEM and ran VERY Strong.  No 350 considerations here.  It has a BDS 4" suspension, GoodYear 33" x 12.50 MTR's, OME Greasable anti inversion shackles and pins, OME steering stablizer, ARB Front and Rear, ARB compressor, 4-speed, Front Disks, Power Brakes, new and extended SS brake lines, , Warn HS9500 winch.  I did a lot of the work  myself (I outsourced the 3rd member ARB installs and Engine Rebuild), and it took about 2 years.  It's funny thinking back on the list of things I wanted to do to my cruiser, coming from a bone stock '70 to where I am today just seems amazing.

Pictures of it in action!
