Speedi Sleeves
More oil leaks you say. Try speedi Sleeves, they fit over the existing sealing surfaces but provide a tighter seal from the old worn part.
These numbers are for my 72 FJ40 with it's 3 speed transfer
case, unless otherwise specified.
Seal between the tranny/transfer case that allows the 90 wt to fill the tranny
when it goes bad...
NOK AE24931 (I think this is the same seal # for the later ones too)
Rear output, where the emer brake drum resides...
Seal- NOK AD2651E
Speedi-Sleeve CR (Chicago Rawhide) 99177
Sleeve for the 4 speed transfer cases... CR 99189
Front output flange...
Seal- NOK AH2261J
Speedi-Sleeve- CR 99147
So... there you have it... Queen of Research strikes again!
